...that last line is bound to be misconstrued as racist.
Some souls are younger and some are older. Environmental considerations can only be extrapolated so far and then one has to face the facts that everyone is not starting with an equal tools in the toolshed.
In Eleshiana's Tale I left out some of the other uses for fundamental frequency identification:
Educational placement
The fundamental frequency will be much more accurate and comprehensive than any IQ test because it not only deals with facts and figures but with cumulative behavior, past actions, morals, etc. - all which will lower or raise your fundamental frequency as these waves carry more and more data and require a higher ff to travel.
Not only do they act as a guide for placement, but they can be used to gauge progress or decline as those last digits tend to change a bit over time as one's actions either build or tear down existing structures.
Students progress could be very accurately measured and class formation can be orchestrated with groups that will "click" and challenge each other.
Naturally, the question of discrimination will come into play. But presently the SAT and a whole battery of placement tests are used to judge and discriminate. The FF just wades through all that inexact stuff and paints a much more precise view when comparing someone's development. And as the technology progresses soon the possibilities for specialized training and strengthening the weakest links of an individual become easy.
