You can trust them to be honest. These laws are what are the problem.

Isn't that the conservative cry - over-regulation, unneeded regulation, you can trust us to keep the environment clean, trust us to treat injured workers fairly, trust us to protect our investors?

I believe it is. And every chance they get, the folks cheat.
