Was she thrown to the wolves to take the heat off ENRON?
Or is the media so rabid for "news" that they made her out to be their whipping girl?
I think she's guilty of a few things, and should be fined and given SOME jail time, but to have her convicted and almost sitting in jail while Ken Lay walks around scott-free is a travesty of justice.
Welcome to the world of corporate crime, where crime DOES pay. As a matter of fact, just look at the hidden crimes of the ruling elite!
