Yes, even if it was transferred BY LAW to another's (including spouce or other kin) name / account.

These to be liquidated and returned to the company (AKA the rooked employees / stockholders). Trust me, they deserve the bonus -- if it even amounts to such -- just for having to put up with such an asshole.
