In the end, the Republicans may try to get some mileage out of discrepancy between the two sets of statements . . . and they might succeed, depending on the percentage of [a] ignorance and [b] willingness to be duped in the general population (not to mention this Board) who cannot tell (or refuse to see) the difference between testimony given on behalf of one's Boss while on the payroll, and telling, once off the payroll, what really happened.
