Tea
If it wasn't for the health benefits of tea, your average Scot or Irishman would probably drop dead at 28, rather than whatever absurdly low number we do now.
Is tea still healthy when its brewed enough to stand a spoon up in it (assuming said spoon does not dissolve)?
Is it still healthy when the ration of tea to sugar approaches 1:1?
