I don't think that's at all what he meant, Buck
Bowser goes to great pains to remind us, quite rightly imho, that trying to understand the circumstances surrounding a violent act is not the same as condoning the act itself.
I've never seen anything posted by Bowser that suggests he supports violence against any nation or group.
But he does try to understand (not condone, not excuse, not justify). I think he tries to make us aware of the process of demonization that allows us to comfotably beleive that in any given struggle, one side is All Good, and the other side All Evil.
