Some of the weapons a B-52 carries are theoretically precise.

There is nothing "theoretical" about a JDAM. A fully armed B-52 is a WMD. The term "Weapon of Mass Destruction" refers to a chemical, biological, or nuclear weapon. No one considers 2000 lbs. of high explosive a WMD.
