Where can I get a list of all the world's dictatorships?
Excellent definition of 'dictatorship' found here.
Excellent essay by Ambassador Palmer here where I quote: "Dictators cause most of the world's national security problems"... and... "there are 43 remaining dictators in the world".
Another excellent speech by Palmer here.
And I suppose if I could find a list of countries that are considered dictatorships, I could probably cross-reference it with the Armed Conflict Around the World wall map, from which I can quote: "As of September 2003, at least 35 countries were in some stage of major armed conflict, from tenuous cease-fire to all-out war". Nearly as many armed conflicts as dictatorships!
Trouble is, I can't find a list ?!?
