As a matter of fact, Museveni does not know what democracy is. He is been fighting through out his life. If he really wanted democracy in Uganda, he would have instructed ministry of education to start teaching democracy in schools especially for the young pupils of Uganda. He talks about that UK does not have term limits but he does not say that the prime minister in UK does not have much power and UK army is not a personal property like it is in Uganda. Iam also concerned that the west, specifically, UK and USA, careless about democracy in Africa. If you look at the problems in Africa, all or most of the fighting in Africa is found in countries or regions that have minerals such as Gold, Diamont etc. You don't hear fighting in countries like Tanzania, Kenya Senegal because these countries have less or no minerals at all. Museveni, has never been straight forward let be signing peace agreements or promising not to contest for the presidency after his term in 2006. Alot of people are political prisoners in Uganda especially those who were under Dr. Kayiira who was gunned down in cold blood. If Museveni can pardon LRA's killers he can surelly perdon Kayiira's people. These people have been in jail for over 18 years. It is sickening that so many people were slaughtered in DRC and none is held responsible for it. African leaders should come to their senses and know that killing of a fellow human being, does not solve anything because if it did, this word would be more safer given the fact that dictators such as Hitler, Amin killed millions of people.
