Too spooky for me

The science of genetic manipulation will create a new class of arch-criminal I fear. There probably isn't much we can do about it other than criminalize it.

I am interested in technology that will allow a fetus to come to term outside the human body, (extra-biological gestation), but genetic manipulation just scares the hell out of me.
