Spain and Europe
I understand Europe’s new found Pacifism. They have had centuries of War. I don’t blame them for being weary of war, they have lived through enough Wars. What I don’t understand is how they can turn a blind eye to what Saddam and sons were doing to his people, especially since it parallels what Hitler did to many Europeans, and since they needed they American’s help to rid them of Hitler.
Spain can sit on their high horse and say they oppose war, but it wasn’t that long ago the Nazis were at their doorstep, and the US helped fight the Nazis back. Saddam’s regime was just as nasty as the Nazis, and once again America is leading the way to free up a country.
