Senator says US may need compulsory service to boost Iraq force.

Right around the corner. Friend told me last night her son saw a post at school reminding 18 to 25 y/os to register. Kid did so, and was told by the person at the Board that there wouldn't be a "draft" until after the November elections.

And that's as anecdotal as it gets.
