I see a draft as being unlikely at the moment.
People were saying there is going to be a draft back during the first Gulf War, and yet when I went to sign up to join, the military was trying to cut people from the service.
And I supposed your adding the it won’t happen until after "November" part was not being selective, on your part?
I saw where you were going with that, and I am only half-blind ;)
