Geneva did not pertain to the 100 years war.

And Geneva intends for POW repatriation not to be postponed indefinitely, is my understanding. Since neither of us is going to get a lawyer to study Geneva and interpret it for us, then this discussion is in the realm of opinions. You and I have different ones on this subject. No problem for me.
