"The most important theme in all the cases is the power of the president to conduct a new kind of war as he sees fit."

You nailed that one. Bush thinks he's an Emperor, the leader of the free world, and he thinks his mission has been chosen by God. Of course, we all know he's being manipulated by Cheney, greed, and oil and an overblown sense of power.

Others see him as a strong leader and business man. That's what the press portrays and most people believe. Bush can't string two thoughts or two sentences together if he tried. Brain damage from that alcohol.

Besides, Bush once remarked that there were no good dictators, unless HE was the dictator. My post below about Bush quietly stealing 7 million dollars away from the war on Afganistan to pay for his plans to attack Iraq (Cheney pushed him into it) received not even ONE response!

Where are your scruples Americans??
Where is your outrage??
These monies are only appropriated by Congress FIRST.
So why were there no comments?
Is it too much for your closed minds to wrap this concept around your brains?? Or is it too heavy to address? The top group in this administration think they're invincible. That they are above the LAW.

Boy, when Clinton said he "didn't have sex with THAT woman", because sex to him ment copulation and not fellatio, you Republicans jumped all over him. For a blow job! Something private and personal between two consenting adults. It didn't hurt anyone to the effect that thousands were killed or traumatized, and it didn't cost billions of dollars and make all our allies mad at us OR start a Holy War with all the muslims in the world.

No, I'm going to call all of you on the right, to anty up. What Bush said "I have no war plans on my desk" is a bald-faced lie, and all of your here refuse to address the <problem>
