Why not pull troops out of Europe?

Seriously, is there any reason beyond political to keep them there?

I assume we have 30-40 thousand Infantry there out of the 100,000 total. Ten thousand are in Kousovo. Since Europe wants no part of Iraq let them handle the Balkans.
