Because they might be "evidence"? Well, what about the pictures already released, and the courts martial scheduled? Will the pictures be used there?

To protect "innocent" people? Who's "innocent" in the photos?

Is it to keep Middle Eastern passions from being stirred? That hasn't been done?

Or is it to protect the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld Defense Department?
