You know, it would be a lot more impressive if your diatribes weren't pretty much word-for-word all the crap I heard back during Vietnam. Oddly, our nation survived being the "Monster of the Planet" back then. Or maybe the people who were endlessly declaring our nation's evil were just full of shit back then too.

Frankly, most Americans are sick to death of America being the goat for pretty much everything wrong in the world, and I suspect the election this fall may reflect some of that. I do notice that Kerry (remember him?) is distancing himself from the "America: always wrong" faction of his party.
