NO! The USA has never sold Sarin to ANYBODY.

Saddam's henchmen bought chemicals on the open market with which to make Sarin. Some of these, such as isopropyl alcohol, are available in any drug store. The others were used to make the binary precursors.

Any country can buy almost any chemical openly. Then mix it into Sarin binary precursors.
