We would have found it by now? Iraq is a big place, with lots of places to hide stuff. Plus there are poor Iraqis selling anything they find a scrap to other countries- like Jordan. Also, there are terrorists trying to get their hands on the stuff.
Do this, have a friend bury something out in Death Valley, then go try and find it.
And what happens when we have found a ton of it. Will the requirments being set by the left say 10 tons?
And I suppose none of that other evidence counts, like Iraqi WMD scientist and documents.
