The Euro position is rather dynamic, to be diplomatic.

A few grams of biologically active agents could start a plague in Europe and worldwide that would have devestation for us all.
A few liters of nerve agent can wipeout Brussels.
The facts are that Saddam was planning terror attacks on the US prior to our invasion, according to Russia.
The facts are that WMD search is showing that Saddam was refusing to comply witht he sanctions, his agreements, or the inspections.
The facts are that the WMD hunt is turning up positive results.
The fact is that many on the anti-American side don't care that they are being proven wrong.
Now THAT is effective propaganda.
