+ Good economy during his terms
+ Contributed directly to reducing conflict with the Micks in Northern Ireland
+ "Unilateral" intervention saving lives in Kosovo (sadly it's still a quagmire)
+ Welfare reform (interestingly not mentioned much in his 900+ page autobio)
- Notably failed attempt at socializing medicine (expect more of this when Hillary is coronated)
- Ignored opportunities to capture OBL after the 1st WTC bombing etc, despite his current claims that OBL was a priority
- Space exploration: gave us an ISS at >2x budget and X-33 Billion dollar hangar queen; no push for ANY new initiatives by "space czar" VP
- Withdrew after Black Hawk Down fiasco, furthering image of US as weak
