If the Palestinians had the A bomb after 1947 but before 1967, the Israeli borders would still be the same as those before 1967. And Israel would still exist as it was recognized as a nation by the UN.

Israel didn't have the A-bomb in 1947 either, and was quite content with the borders as set by the U.N.

You, along with a surprising number of other people, seem to have utterly forgotten that the Arabs engaged in three wars of extermination with Israel. I would venture to say an atomic bomb in the hands of one or more Arab nations or groups would have had some effect on the outcome.

To listen to some people talk, you'd think the Arabs had been sitting around playing chess when all of a sudden Israel decided to occupy the West Bank. It's unbelievable the extent to which some people can rewrite history.

Maybe you can rewrite WWII, and imagine that if Hitler had developed the atomic bomb in 1935, he would have been so confident he never would have bothered to invade any other nations.
