Raoul's point, as best as I could guess it, was that because Israel is "bigger," it must be "meaner." I'd like to think there are more complex issues here.

In a conflict between the police and an organized crime gang, I would not judge the moral issues by who had the bigger guns, or who was killing more of the other group.
