It's interesting to visit another country that doesn't have a controlled press, as I have just done. Most Canadians think Bush IS an idiot, hands down, no questions asked. They asked me why half the Americans support him and his policies.
My only guess is that Americans love their country and their President right or wrong. They tend to overlook anything negative about the man they've elected to represent them. Even when the media conglomerate APOLOGIZES for parroting the party line, they still ignore all the president's faux pas.
Frankly, even the Canadians can't fathom another four years of Bush. They say he'll take us down the road to hell, and bankrupt the nation, then hold Canada hostage for her natural resources.
WATER, they say will become just as valuable as oil.
Maybe the US is planning to invade Canader soon?
Will we have another hill climb at Brock's monument?
(Hey, even the Canadian Indians and the blacks joined to help the British)
