I know its presumptious of me,
to speculate on what is worthwhile and what is not,but a company, an entire industry, that consumes agricultural produce and manufactures food with absolutely no nutritional value is a bit of an anachronism.
I understand that it is a subtle and complex issue and it involves some judgement as to where we should "draw the line". Everything has some value, and I understand everything we use or make need not be of necessary or critical survival value. I don't have any glib answers as to how to resolve that contradiction, but I submit the "market" hasn't done a very good job of dealing with it either.
