Which raises an interesting question
Why are billionaires supporting Kerry if the Democratic platform is so anti-wealth and would be so disastrous for those who create wealth? Political rhetoric is one thing, but these are people with firsthand knowledge of the "problems" of the very wealthy. Maybe they haven't forgotten how well they did during the Clinton years?
I think you were so intent on the knee-jerk search for hypocrisy in the Democrats that you missed the implications of this. I really don't know what it means, beyond confirming that you always have to look beneath the surface of the rhetoric to find the tiny sliver of truth. Things are never what they seem in politics.
