How on earth is it a cheap shot to mention it? (OK the "Republican family values" line, might be on the cheap side. Pretty mild compared to some of the partisan trash you see around here lately, though. Why don't you complain about some of Larry's or REB's or Phil's or Tom's bargain basement partisanship?)
Back to the point, here is an idle, speculative question: when Arnold was crowing about the deal he reached to increase the contribution from Indian casinos to the state, was this expansion part of that deal? But undisclosed at the time?
