More Partisan Spin

Now I agree with Kerry on tax cuts, but only a true Democratic partisan would claim a tax increase is not really a tax increase. Almost like Clinton raising "fees" but not taxes. It's this kind of wishy washiness that makes me distrust Kerry even when I agree with him.
