The way Bush handled WTC has been beyond OBL's wildest dreams.
Imagine trying to kill the starfish that eat shellfish by chopping them up and throwing them back. Each piece grows into a new starfish.
Or teaching a kid to be kind and considerate by beating him, his brothers and sisters, and half the neighborhood when he fights.
Although I'm beginning to believe that Bush wants to consider himself as a war president, and isn't unhappy with the situation, just as OBL has to be delighted.
And Bush has created OBL's victory. There are a lot more terrorists out there now than on 9-10.
The idea that one can scare people into not being terrorists is badly flawed. If that worked, Israel wouldn't have to continue to oppress the Palestinians.
However, you can scare them into being terrorists.
