Bush's strategy against terrorism is correct

The most important point about the War Against Terrorism is to fight the war "over there", i.e. in Afganistan, Iraq, Iran, Syrian and Saudi Arabia. General Franks said as much during his speech at the Republican Convention. The horror that the Russians just went through comes in part because they're fighting their war against terrorism in their own country. Thoroughly pissing off the bad guys and then providing them an opportunity to die in Iraq is exactly the correct strategy. It's better to kill bad guys in Fallujah than in New York or London.
