Nor is training anti-terrorists brigades, infiltrating the terrorist organizations.
But shooting indiscriminately is ignoring the terrorists. They're trying not to, but the very nature of the way the US conducts this war (after all, Bush calls it a war) means far more innocents are being targetted than had this fight been more cleverly oriented.
What has been going on in Israel must serve as a lesson.
