Which is a good thing. Iran? Don't think so. But Lybia's getting smart doesn't stop the possibility of terrorist who have no state and no state backing from buying bombs or nuclear materials on the blackmarket.

Bush has not made the blocking of these dangers a high priority, Ed.

It should have been the second thing he did after 9/11...ask the experts.
