I know that Rummy when to Iraq in an unoffical capacity [if it was offical capacity it would elevate the meeting in diplomacy terms] but find it very hard to believe that Saddam came to WH.
Now, if this had actually happenned there would a record of it.

According to this one "objective account", the only govt Saddam has ever offically visited is the Soviet Union:

But that was before becoming the dictator of Iraq. I doubt that after taking over Iraq, that Saddam left his country- too much risk involved.
Do you actually want to prove this particular dream of yours?

OR why don't you look for something that is remotely possible- a US embassy in Iraq. I'm pretty sure if you look you can find somewhere a mention of a soviet embassy in Iraq, or even a French ambassy. [you see, the Soviets and French sold a lot of arms to Saddam's Iraq- unlike the Americans].
