Clinton's policies failed to protect us. Kerry seems to want a retrun to them. Bush has dared to stir up the hornets nest and they are retaliating. It's unclear whether we will stamp them out or at least greatly reduce their number, but this is a killer bee type swarm not the kind of nest you can just avoid with only minor pains if you stumble on it. It has to be dealt with. Bush has not done a fantastic job, but he has been willing to tackle the problem. Clinton was not and I don't believe Kerry has the strength of will to either.
