Donald, the Earth’s Climate has always changed. It has gone through warm spells, ice ages, the sea level has risen and fallen 100’s of feet, and the contents have shifted. All of this without mans help.
I have pulled tropical coral, shells and even a sharks tooth out of an East Texas hill 400 feet above sea level. These fossils are very recent in the history of the Earth.
