My fears of WMDs?

How about, Kerry, Ted Kennedy, clinton, gore, Russian intel, French intel, the UN, the Brits, the Germans, the Egyptians, the Saudis, the CIA, etc.
The fallacy in posing that no one was worried about Saddam and WMDs is that it depends on everyone agreeing to toss out their memories.
And Zaqawari, who Al Qaeda, and other terrorists were living openly in Iraq prior to this war, and Saddam is now looking more and more clearly to have been passing monies to AQ via the corrupt failed oil-for-food program of the UN, you might want to revisit those assumptions.
the other fallacy is that we went to war for WMDs. We did not.
We went to war because Saddam refused to comply with what he agreed to do. WMD concerns were a very reasonable part of that.
We went to war to liberate Iraq from a tyrant. We went to war to force nations like Libya to choose peace.
No war is ever fought for only one reason. Claiming otherwise, as certain people do, is intellectually bankrupt and cowardly.
Iraq was fought for reasons good enough for Congress to approve it, no matter how Kerry tries to flip-flop about it now.
