The Catholic church and others have to live with the horrific burden of the stigma of remaining MOSTLY silent during the Holocast as Jews, gypsies, Slavs and others were systematically murdered.
This inexcusable preponderance of silence is precisely what irks me about the billions of Muslim clerics re: the war on terror. Only this time it's WORSE. You have a substantive vocal minority of Muslim clerics issuing fatwas supporting the Jihad. Last I'd heard there were not many accounts of Protestant and Catholic clerics cheering Hitler's Holocast onward to greater atrocities.
Drop the PC goggles and get real people.
