re: "Bilateral talks with North Korea"
Actually, I thought Bush had scored one on that issue last night. It simply didn't sound right to me to limit the participants in a discussion especially if other nuclear powers in the area were willing to come to the table.
However, Kerry diffused saw his quandary and diffused the issue immediately I thought with his rebuttal that China and others were pushing for the bilateral talks to run in parallel with the others. I have no idea of the truth to that but Bush was unable to dispute it. Seems the end of that issue.
