Working with the countries surrounding North Korea instead of dealing with the loon that controls NK, is the way to go. You can’t reason with a madman, like the one ruling NK.
China, of course, has the most influence over NK. We need to work with China on this. Going after NK without China’s approval or support would be a mistake. They have an army that is a billion strong.
