Like I mentioned below you ignore any possible particiaption from outside of US or Europe.
Do I know any countries likely to sign up if Kerry becomes pres?
No.
Maybe we get a better chance at France and Germany living up to their pledges in training Iraqis or even moneys.
Maybe you can pull in some other countries with substantial forces:
Egypt, China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Brazil, (Libya?) to name but 6.
Is it guaranteed anyone else will sign on? No.
Is there a need for more outside forces? Yes.
Does Bush have any shot whatsoever of getting other countries in? Absolutely not.
Kerry does have a shot.
