There are plenty of absolutes in our lives. Life and death itself, for one. Many others.

Assuming that absolutes require a religious foundation is a massive philosophical error.

I have found that most people who are upset about "black and white" answers are upset primarily because they don't like the answers, not because they are "black and white."
