Next you'll blame Bush for Japan's missile program, India's missile program, North Korea's missile program, Syria's missile program, Iraq's missile program...Oh wait, I forgot, the current spin is that Iraq didn't have a missile program.

Either way, its easy to see that John Kerry's atempts to kill Missile Defense spending is really short sighted.
