It's damned hard to find original stuff from leftist sites because they wipe their old stuff as soon as it becomes inconvenient. You can find the New Business Items from 2004 here.

The 2003 agenda is still referred to in other articles, but I can't find the actual minutes any more.

So fine. Forget I said anything at all. There is nothing higher in priority for the NEA than making sure every child has the best education possible.
