Saying that Bush "stole" the election kinda supposes that there was an active effort to do so by Bush-n-co. I agree that to be fair, they should've recounted the whole state.

I'd be nice if the next party with the upper hand would allow reform instead of fearing it's degradation of their temporary advantage. To hell with ALL Jerrymanderers.
