In more than one thread I've wondered why instead of fleeing America entirely, you don't just move out of the area you live in? I've never in my life lived in a place with as many raw fundamentalists as you seem to have.
Canada? What the hell is wrong with Oregon? Or Santa Cruz? Even a typical Midwestern small town would be twice as tolerant as where you seem to live.
