The are no direct comparisons and that you think there are tells just how stupid you are. Try reading a little history of Iraq. Germany, Italy and Japan each joined together as single countries in thought and spirit and have each had unification. Iraq is a made up country a bit like if we at the end of W.W.II had made Southern Germany part of Britain. Maybe Italy could in some ways be compared with Iraq but it is still stable after W.W.II and it is guaranteed that Iraq will have a civil war when we leave (maybe before).
