I'm married, Lindy. To say in public that you would give billions to have your first spouse back may be honest, but it's goddam cruel to your current spouse. "Panacea." Good God. I wonder if she's ever actually used that term to Kerry's face.

Of course, I suppose that's just "speaking your mind." After all, it's all about her, right? Who gives a shit about what anyone thinks, or if anyone else is hurt?

A grotesque self-absorption seems to be one of the most unpleasant parts of what apparently makes a "modern woman" nowadays.
