Hi! It's not up to me to explain mind control. It's up to you to understand how mind control technology works. Here is a website which has excellent research references, and which is also an advocacy NGO in the area. IMHO, you should become involved in reading and learning and then interacting with others, as you are scientists, or engineers. I cannot do the resaerch for you, and you should concult the authors of the technical papers, if you are sincere about wanting to understand.

There are other MInd Control reference website on the Internet, but I think this one will give you a start in the research.
